General terms and conditions
The general terms and conditions of the Flavors of Styria online store have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce.

an online store is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to the user
Upon registration in the online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address and a password of his choice. The username and password of the user are unambiguously determined and linked to the completed data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The General Terms and Conditions deal with the operation of the online store Flavors of Styria (www.flavorsofstyria.com) user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.
The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:
- company identity (name and registered office, register number)
- contact addresses that enable fast and efficient communication (e-mail)
- essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees)
- Availability of products (any product or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time)
- conditions of delivery of the product or execution of the service (method, place and deadline of delivery)
- all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set, it must be clear whether they already include taxes and transport costs
- Payment of payment and delivery
- time validity of the offer
- deadline within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract; in addition, also about if and how much it costs the customer to return the product
- the complaint procedure must be clarified, including all details of the contact person or customer service
Once you have selected the product you would like to buy, add it to your shopping cart by clicking the “add to cart” button. The basket symbol can be found at the top right. If you scroll or click on it, you will be shown the contents of the shopping cart with the products you have collected (image, description and price of the product). In the cart, you can change the quantity of the product or products before completing the purchase, or you can remove individual products from the cart.
To do this, proceed as follows: to increase the number of selected products, press the “+” sign, to reduce the number of selected products, press the “-” sign; to remove an individual product from the basket, press the “x” sign.
You can then continue shopping and adding products, or go to the end of the purchase.
Once you have selected all the products and checked in the cart that you have the right products in it, proceed to clicking on the checkout. In this step, you enter your personal information if you are making a purchase as a guest. For customers who have already registered in our system in the past, the data will be filled in automatically with their password when they log in again.
If you wish, you can also choose delivery to another address after entering your details. To do this, click on the text »DELIVER TO ANOTHER ADDRESS? «Then enter the name and address where you want the order to be delivered.
In the next step, you click to select the payment method and before completing the order, check all the entered data (personal data, delivery address, selected products and quantities of selected products, payment method), if they are correct.

To complete the purchase, press the BUY NOW button. The online store automatically “generates – creates” the order and sends an e-mail with the details of the order (products, prices, quantities, user data…) to the e-mail you entered. This confirms the order, the products will be sent as soon as possible. If the delivery time is more than 2 working days, the provider will inform the buyer.
By completing the order, you assume the obligation to pick up the order and receive a copy of the order by e-mail. Submitting your order thus obliges you to pay for it.
Order cancellation is possible up to 1 hour after the order is placed, or. until 12.00 (valid for orders placed just before 12.00).
The bidder issues an invoice on a durable medium, with a breakdown of costs. The user pays for the order with payment cards, via paypal or by proforma invoice on the bank account.
The invoice includes a breakdown of the price and costs related to the purchase and a notice of the right to withdraw from the contract.
The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order.

Confirmation of a reservation
At each reservation it is necessary to take into account the possibility that the announced excursions / capacities are already full / filled. The agents of the Flavors of Styria online store will check the reservation as soon as possible and offer you a replacement provider or an appointment in case of occupancy. In any case, the buyer / client will not be harmed, and the compensation offered to him must not be of a worse category than the product originally chosen by the buyer, nor must it be of a higher price range than the originally chosen arrangement.
The bidder must deliver the goods or services within the promised time. Upon delivery, it must provide the user with additional information regarding the right of withdrawal, especially the conditions and manner of exercising the right itself. It must provide all the necessary information regarding the address to which the user can turn in the event of a complaint and information regarding guarantees and service or other services after the conclusion of the contract.
Transportation is always paid by the customer. Ordered items / Tickets, Vouchers that cannot be sent via e-mail / are sent within 1-2 days of the order, or. from the payment of the proforma invoice, the ordered arrives to the customer usually the next working day, rarely takes longer. When we process the order and send it, we will notify you via the email you provided in the contact. Shipments are traceable, so you can contact us and write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you have not received the package, or. you wait for him for a long time. We will check where the shipment is located.
The costs of dispatching goods for Slovenia are:
– EUR 3.50 with VAT, in the case of cash on delivery
– 2.99 euros with VAT, if it is a payment by proforma invoice, by card or via paypal.
All prices for products are in EUR and include VAT (value added tax)
For purchases over 50 euros with VAT, the shipping cost is FREE. For purchases up to 50 euros, we will charge you the cost of shipping the goods according to the chosen method of payment and it is shown as a separate item on the invoice.
We use Pošta Slovenije to deliver orders.
Delivery via Pošta Slovenija:
The ordered products are delivered to the address you specified as the delivery address and when paying by cash on delivery they charge a commission for the payment of the UPN form according to the price list of Pošta Slovenije (there is no such cost when paying the proforma invoice, card or paypal). Deliveries take place mostly in the morning. In case you cannot pick up the shipment at the time of delivery, you can pick it up later at the nearest post office in Slovenia (15 days).
Before completing the order, you are acquainted with the following sentence: “By placing the order, the buyer assumes the obligation to pay”. By completing the order, you agree with this sentence and receive a copy of the order by e-mail. Submitting your order thus obliges you to pay for it.
* PAYMENT AFTER SUMMARY FOR SLOVENIA
When paying by cash on delivery, Pošta Slovenije charges a commission for the payment of the UPN form. This cost is not included in the purchase price and we have no influence on it. This means that in the case of payment after collection, you pay the purchase price + the cost of shipping the goods in the amount of EUR 3.50 + commission for the payment of the UPN form according to the price list of Pošta Slovenije. – purchase price up to 98.00 eur, commission is 1.05 eur, without VAT.
– purchase price over 98.00 eur to 501.00 eur, commission is 1.07% of the value
– purchase price over 501.00 eur, commission is 5.36 eur without VAT.
*CASH IN ADVANCE
For the amount of the commission when paying by proforma invoice, ask the bank through which you make the payment. When paying by proforma invoice, the cost of the commission for the payment of the UPN form according to the price list of Pošta Slovenije is not paid. This means that you pay the purchase price + the cost of shipping the goods in the amount of EUR 2.99 for Slovenia and EUR 5.90 for Croatia.

The order according to the proforma invoice is valid for only 3 working days. Thus, ITEMS ARE STORED ONLY 3 WORKING DAYS ACCORDING TO THE ESTIMATE. After three days, it is considered that you withdraw from the purchase, we cancel your order and return the products for sale.
* PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL
Paypal is an easy and, above all, secure way to pay for orders online. We as a reseller do not know your credit card number. When paying with Paypal, you can use Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress,… To start using Paypal, you need to create a user account that is free and provides users with anonymous, secure and fast business.
* PAYMENT WITH PAYMENT CARDS (credit cards – Activa online systems)
Add the items you want to buy to the cart. After completing the order, you will be redirected to the Activa system. Enter your credit card number and security code. In the next step, confirm the payment and the purchase is complete.
Delivery to Croatia
Shipping costs are up to 5kg – 5.90 € with VAT. Payment is possible via proforma invoice, paypal or card. Transportation is always paid by the customer of the products. We send the ordered items within 1-2 days of the visibility of the transfer on our account, the ordered arrives to the customer usually in 2-3 working days, and to the islands in 4-5 working days. When we process the order and send it, we will notify you via the email you provided in the contact. Shipments are traceable, so you can contact us and write to us at email@example.com, if you have not received the package, or. you wait for him for a long time. We will check where the shipment is located.
In cases where you have received a shipment, which are not accompanied by all documents, the information on the invoice is incorrect and in other similar cases, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the deficiencies. We will provide you with an appropriate explanation, instructions or deliver the missing material as soon as possible.
We advise that when you receive the goods / documents, you inspect them and if you find a defect that is not in accordance with what is stated in the online store, please inform us via the RETURN OF GOODS form, where we will agree on the further procedure. The purchased item is returned together with undamaged packaging and undamaged possible accessories (cartons, booklets, PVC bags, (). Packaging is part of the sales item. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS, I DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPMENTS
TREATMENT OF DAMAGED SHIPMENTS (COMPENSATIONS)
If you noticed that the item or consignment was physically damaged, the contents were missing or showed signs of opening, you can file a claim for compensation with Pošta Slovenije. To do this, bring the shipment (packaging + contents) to the post office as soon as you notice any damage or looted shipment no later than 30 days after receipt of the shipment. Please note at the post office that it is necessary to fill in the Minutes of the damaged shipment, which you also sign. After receiving all the necessary documentation, a claim for compensation is submitted to Pošta Slovenije. The request is processed by the commission at Pošta Slovenije and, on the basis of a response or approval, the purchase price is returned or a new item is ordered. Together with Pošta Slovenije, we will make sure that the compensation is resolved in the shortest possible time.
DO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDERED
When we process your order and submit it by mail, you will receive a message from us to the e-mail address you entered when ordering, so that you can expect the package in the coming days. If the postman is unable to deliver the package to you personally, he will give you a notification of the received shipment in the mailbox. The time to pick up the order at the post office is 15 days. The package has been waiting for you for so long and if you do not pick it up, it will be returned to our address. If for any reason you do not have a Notice from the Postman, please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you with information with which you can pick up the package without this ticket.
Consequences of not receiving the package:
A returned package that is not picked up by the customer incurs additional costs for us, which we have to pay to the delivery person. In the future, re-orders will be shipped to such customers only after prepayment via proforma invoice, with a paypal card or payment card. Unfortunately, cash on delivery is no longer possible.
Any intentional causing of damage by ordering and non-acceptance of the ordered (false orders) can be traced and if this is suspected, we will hand over the case and the IP address to the responsible services for further consideration as abuse.
Validity of the offer
When buying, the prices are valid at the time of order confirmation. All prices include VAT, except for second-hand items for which VAT is calculated on the basis of Articles 48 and 49 of the VAT Act and is not disclosed on the basis of Article 50 C of the VAT Act. Prices in the online store are subject to change without notice.
The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments.
The provider may contact the user via means of distance communication only if the former does not explicitly object to this.
The contract concluded between the provider and the user is permanently stored at the company Martura d.o.o., Pohorska ulica 60, 2000 Maribor. The customer can obtain a copy by request to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Advertising emails must contain the following components:
- clearly and unambiguously must be marked as advertising messages
- The sender must be clearly visible
- Various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques must be marked as such. The conditions for participating in them must also be clearly defined.

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The complaint can be submitted via e-mail email@example.com. The provider will confirm to your e-mail address within five working days that it has received the complaint and will inform you of the estimated time of its processing. The provider is aware that the essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial settlement is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, the provider strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably.
The online store www.flavorsofstyria.com does not recognize any provider of out-of-court redress (IRPS) with which the consumer could resolve disputes through the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform
